Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure:
    25% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
  • Cancellations made between 90 and 61 days before departure:
    50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
  • Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before departure:
    75% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure:
    100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable

Please Note

  • If a guest voluntarily leaves a trip early, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the trip.
  • Our expeditions operate in remote wilderness environments where weather, road conditions, wildfires, smoke, natural events, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact itineraries, routes, activities, or overall trip operations.
  • Yusquatch Mountain Adventures reserves the right to modify, delay, reroute, or cancel trips when deemed necessary for safety, environmental, or operational reasons.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for itinerary changes, trip interruptions, weather events, wildfire smoke, transportation delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.
  • If Yusquatch Mountain Adventures cancels a trip before departure due to operational reasons within our control, guests may be offered:
    • a trip credit,
    • transfer to another departure,
    • or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including:

  • trip cancellation,
  • trip interruption,
  • emergency medical,
  • evacuation,
  • and travel delay coverage.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons and can provide supporting documentation, please reach out to us directly. Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
